The user personas were created to represent our target audience based on the insights gathered from the user research. I created 4 different users personas, 2 for influencers and creators and 2 for brands and business owners.

Discovery:
Finding the right influencers is a tedious manual process across multiple platforms, with businesses lacking reliable data and standardized methods to verify authenticity and assess brand fit.
Collaboration:
Communication and content approval processes are done across various channels, making it difficult to maintain professional relationships and track deliverables effectively.
Management:
Without a centralized system, businesses struggle to track multiple partnerships, measure performance, and demonstrate ROI with concrete data.
